Some features look valuable on paper.
They make sense in planning.
They are supported by data and intuition.
But their real impact only becomes clear when users start interacting with them.
When we started building the KiiBank marketplace, the thinking was simple.
In many cases, the problem is not the absence of support.
It is the delay in accessing it.
A parent runs out of airtime.
A household needs electricity.
A bill needs to be settled.
There is someone willing to help — often abroad.
But the process introduces friction.

Send money.
Wait for it to arrive.
Withdraw.
Find a place to pay.
Complete the task.
Time is lost in between.
And sometimes, timing is everything.
So the question became:
What if the person providing the support could complete the action directly?
Not send money.
But resolve the need.
That is the principle behind the marketplace.
And now, with real usage, the feedback is beginning to validate that thinking.
Not because a feature exists.
But because the time to solution has been reduced.
The true value of a financial system is not in what it enables — but in how quickly it resolves real needs.
