Yet too often, these women operate outside the financial systems that could help them grow.
That is why we created KiiWomen — an initiative designed to support women entrepreneurs with small but meaningful grants that help turn ideas into opportunities.
For some, it meant expanding a small trading business.
For others, it meant finally starting something they had been dreaming about for years.
The amounts may be small.
But the impact is not.
Because when a woman gains access to opportunity, the benefits extend far beyond one person — families improve, businesses grow, and communities become stronger.
Today, we celebrate mothers, entrepreneurs, and the women whose determination quietly powers our economies every single day.
